Tamrind seeds are cleaned in a seed cleaner to remove fruits and impurities if any such cleaned seeds are then roasted in a roaster at required temperature and de-husked in de-coating machines with required hammering & brushing and then husk is separated through blower . This de-husked tamrind seeds are then graded to remove brokens and small seeds. It still contains contamination to the extent of 3% to 10% depending upon the efficiency of the roaster & de-coating machine. Such cleaned product is the 910 de-husked tamrind seed brokens is also called as 910 tamrind seed dhall brokens,910 tamarind seed kernal brokens or 910 pappu brokens .
