Welding Electrode Baking Oven

Raw Material : The inner wall and the baffles are made up of 2 mm SS 310 Sheets to with stand tempratures up to 450 degree C on continuous duty.
Construction :

• The oven casing designed as double wall construction with minimum 200 mm of ceramic fiber balnket/ ceramic wool insulation in between inner and outer wall to avoid the leakage of heat.
• Outer wall temperature on continuous duty: 50 degree C (maximum)

Safety : Heating element contactors are electrically interlocked with door to shut off power to heaters as door opens and restores power when closed.
