TM-T106 degreasing agent
TM-T106 non-ferrous metal degreasing agent is divided into liquid A and powder B. It is a new generation of products in connection with stainless steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet and other non-ferrous metals. The product was made of a variety of import high-performance biodegradable surfactants, and add a variety of additives, corrosion inhibitors. Able to quickly get rid of a variety of oil on the surface of workpieces, and no erosion to workpieces. There are some advantages, such as room-temperature using, saving energy, easy to operate, long service life and so on.
1.Using methods
The degreasing agent can be used to clean workpieces surface by scrubbing or soaking.
2. Preparation methods (1 ton)
2.1 Adding water to sink with 70 % to 80 % of the capacity of sink.
2.2 TM-T106A of 80 kg, TM-T106B of 20 kg were dissolved in a small amount of water, and then adding slowly to sink and stirring.
2.3 Adding margin water, and stir evenly.
Tips: If copper or copper alloy was cleaned, only adding 100 kg of TM-T106A.
3. Treating conditions
Free Alkalinity: 11 to 14 PT Temperature: 25 to 55 degrees
Time: 10 to 20 minutes (can be determined by steel degreasing situation)
