Sebacic Acid Usage:Sebacic acid is widely used to prepare esters of sebacic acid, such as dibutyl sebacate, dioctyl sebacate and Diisooctyl sebacate. These esters can be used as plasticizers for plastics and cold-resistant rubber. They can also be used to produce polyamides, polyurethanes, alkyd resins, synthetic lubricants, lubricant additives, spices, coatings, cosmetics, etc. It can also be used as raw materials for nylon 1010, nylon 910, nylon 810, nylon 610, nylon 9 and diethylhexyl ester as high temperature lubricant. It is also a raw material for the production of alkyd resins (used as surface coatings, plasticized nitrocelluloscoatings and urea resin varnishes) and plasticizers, softeners and solvents for polyurethane rubber, cellulose resin, vinyl resin and synthetic rubber
