Features

The Movements of mains haft mold stretch, wrapping, folding - in, and bubble pressing, which are all driven by double servo motors & cam boxes, guarantee a quiet and stable operation circumstance and smooth mechanical process.
Besides the cam for pressing the contengent bubble, there are 4 cylinders for additional bubble pressing, solving the thicker paper issue and worse glue issue.
Every process can be inching model synchronously, helping you to observe the production details and adjust to be best parameters.
Folding Corner Edge is upt to 80 mm as standard, or it can be customized to 150mm, and this is controlled by rails and cylinders, whihc is adjustable and precise.
Vacuum fan to keep the box and the machine, and this tension can be adjusted according to the sizes of the boxes.
Controlled by PLC Panasonic / Schneider, with formulas memory. It takes only 15 minutes to change to another box.
Imported optical granting transducer protects the operator from operation injury.
