The automatic paper feeder & specially designed glue system for top side gluing suitable to use hot melt & cold glue.
Glue agitator for even mixing of hot melt glue and cylinderically grinded Stainless Steel gluing rollers ensures even glue application on all tupes of cover material.
Studry Aluminium profile structure with suction hold under the conveyor belt, keep the paper from deviating.
Visual positioning system with the help of Robotic Arm & Box feeding conveyor ensure placement of the box on glued paper accurately.
PLC based contorl panel with touch screen ensures ease of operation for operator.
