Mung Garlic papad is a snack food flavored with garlic, widely used in India. It is crispy Indian preparation sometimes described as a cracker or flatbread.
Our organic Papad mung garlic has well balanced and highly acceptable taste and flavor. There is a diametrical expansion of papad on frying. It is delicate, thin, crisp sundried wafer made of dal flour.
