Our Products
Our Complete range of products are Holiday Detectors, Ductility Testing Machine and Cube Testing Machine.
A Holiday Detector, also known as a Porosity Detector or Pinhole Detector, is an essential inspection instrument designed to detect pinholes, cracks, and discontinuities in protective coatings applied over conductive substrates. The instrument functions by applying a high voltage across the coated surface using a probe. When the probe encounters a defect in the coating, an electrical path is established, triggering an audible and/or visual alarm.
These detectors are widely utilized in quality control for coatings on pipelines, tanks, and metal structures to ensure the integrity of anti-corrosive layers before installation or service use.

The Ductility Testing Machine is designed to determine the ductility of bituminous materials such as asphalt and tar, which reflects their ability to elongate before breaking. The test measures the distance a standard bitumen sample can stretch under controlled conditions of speed and temperature.
This machine features a constant pulling speed of 50 mm per minute and a temperature-controlled water bath maintained at 27C, ensuring accurate and repeatable results. The equipment can test up to three briquette specimens simultaneously, making it ideal for quality control and laboratory testing in road construction and material research.
Constant pulling speed of 50 mm/min for uniform testing.
Thermostatically controlled water bath for precise temperature maintenance.
Capacity to test three specimens simultaneously.
Durable mild steel body with powder coating for long service life.
Smooth geared drive ensuring steady and jerk-free motion.
Optional cooling system for maintaining standard test temperature in warm environments.

The Cube Testing Machine (CTM) is a precision-engineered compression testing apparatus designed to determine the compressive strength of materials such as concrete cubes, cement specimens, and bricks. It applies a controlled compressive load until the sample fails, allowing for accurate assessment of strength and deformation characteristics.
The model shown is a digital CTM, featuring a microprocessor-based digital load indicator for precise readings and easy data interpretation. Its robust steel frame and motorized hydraulic loading system ensure consistent performance and long operational life, making it indispensable for quality control in construction and materials research.
