The Rotap Sieve Shaker is a laboratory/quality-control instrument that reproduces the circular and tapping motion of manual sieving, but in a controlled mechanical way, to deliver reliable and repeatable particle size separation.
It is built for screening powders, granules and aggregates across industries (e.g., abrasives, soils, mining, food, chemical) where precise particle size distribution is required.
Can accommodate multiple stacked sieves (often 6-8) in a single run, enabling simultaneous size-classification.
Timer (mechanical or digital) for setting consistent sieving duration and ensuring repeatable results.
Designed for standard sieve sizes (commonly 200 mm / 8-inch diameter; some models support 300 mm / 12-inch) and universal power (220-230 V single phase typical).
