Description
A 15 cm cast iron concrete cube mould is used to create standard concrete test specimens for determining the compressive strength of concrete. It provides precise and uniform cube samples that are tested in laboratories to ensure concrete quality and compliance with design standards. The mould consists of a robust cast iron body with accurately machined internal surfaces to maintain dimensional precision and durability for repeated use
Key Features
Accurate and Standardized Dimensions ensuring reliable and repeatable compressive strength results.
Heavy-Duty Cast Iron Construction provides long service life and excellent resistance to wear and deformation.
Smooth Machined Internal Faces enable easy demoulding and help produce uniform concrete specimens.
Rigid and Stable Structure maintains the cube shape during compaction and curing.
Available in Split or Welded Models to suit different handling and testing needs.
Applications
Concrete Quality Control Testing
Used in laboratories to produce test cubes for compressive strength testing of fresh concrete.
Construction Project Verification
Ensures concrete delivered on-site meets the required structural strength parameters.
Research and Product Development
Suitable for testing different concrete mix designs, admixtures, curing conditions, and cement types.
Educational and Training Laboratories
Used for teaching material testing and civil engineering laboratory sessions.
