Auto Transformers

Auto Transformer is single winding Transformer with Tap(s). Voltage is applied from one part of the winding and a higher (or lower) voltage is accessed across another portion of the winding. Advantage of Auto Transformers are economic (construction and operating efficiency) in lower ratio situations, ideally  3:1 or 1:3 ratios.   Complete range available in 1 ph (upto 100KVA) or 3 ph (upto 300KVA) Conductor: Electrolytic grade Copper Strips/Wires or Aluminum Core CRGO or CRNGO type EI or constructed core Insulation Class Class H or Class F
