Product Overview

Isolation Transformer generally means 1:1 ratio Transformers i.e. its purpose is to provide isolation between source and load usually with step up or step down requirements. These are used in industrial machines to meet their power

needs.

Power Range: 1 Ph or 3 Ph from 1 KVA up to 200 KVA
Conductor: Electrolytic grade Copper Strips/Wires or Aluminum
Core: CRGO or CRNGO type EI or strip
Insulation Class: Class H or Class F
Input and out are terminated using bus bars or connectors on board
Transformers available with Cubicles upon request
K-Rated Transformer can be designed as needed.
Ultra-Isolation Transformer can be designed as needed.

Features:

Use of high insulating materials and special shielding techniques results in attenuating common mode and minimizing transverse mode noise
The core and its magnetic properties are properly selected to provide sufficient leakage inductance. This will give the greatest attenuation of normal mode power line noise possible, consistent with the transfer of fundamental power frequency, while all higher frequencies are blocked
Designed with split winding constructions and bifilar connections to reduce overall capacitance of the winding
Due to better regulation, it does not generate common mode impedance coupling effect
Protect against strong lightening, bus short-circuit, accidental discharge of capacitors etc
Protect the Micro processor based machines and equipments from damage due to electrical noise, spikes etc.
