Clove Form : Whole

Clove is one of the most versatile spices used around the world. It is the aromatic dried flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum. Used as a spice in cuisines all over the world, clove has a numbing effect on mouth tissues. The chemical called eugenol makes up most of the clove’s strong taste.
