The coil prevents possible explosion in hazardous environment by isolating electrical joints in a flameproof enclosure. Offered in two designs, both conforming to IS 2148 standard and approved by CMRI, Dhanbad for grades I, II A, II B and II C The electrical terminals are hermetically sealed in FLC 50 design thereby preventing contact with hazardous gases. Both designs are interchangeable with G-50 weatherproof coil.
