HEENG MUNNAKA CHUTNEY

Sharp aroma of 'Heeng' (Hing) makes this chutney very tasty and different. Contains quality 'Munnaka' (black grapes with seeds). Perfect combination of natural herbs. Goes well with Dosas, Chapatis or Puris. Munakka contains iron and calcium and hence makes this chutney healthy as well.

This chutney has a large role to play in terms of being a combination with dosa, chapatti, poori. It is good combination of heeng and munakka because heeng contains enzymes that helps in digestion and is good antidote to idli that tends to be a little gastric due to the urad dal. Munakka contains high amount of iron and vitamin needed by the body. It is beneficial to the cardiovascular system and also provides relief from fatigue.
