Cooking Methods for Kodo Millet
1. Cooking Kodo Millet as Rice:
Rinse 1 cup of Kodo Millet thoroughly.
Soak for 30 minutes (optional, for a softer texture).
In a pot, add 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of millet.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
2. Cooking Kodo Millet in a Pressure Cooker:
