Link Box

EHV Link box is electrically and mechanically one of the integral accessories of HV underground  cable bonding system and associated with HV XLPE power cable systems. the bonding system is to designed that the cables sheaths are bonded and earthed by direct grounding or with SVL grounding,in such way as to eliminate or reduce the circulating sheath currents.Link boxes are used with cable joints and terminations to provide easy access to shield breaks for testing purpose and to limit voltage build up on the sheath.The link box is using part of the bonding system,which is essential of improving current caring capacity and human productions.
