PEANUT SPLIT BLANCHER” is an equipment used to make the perfect two splits of roasted peanut kernel without breaking edges. It also removes the red skin and hearts. We have used simple technology and operations for our “PEANUT SPLIT BLANCHER”. It splits the peanuts by food grade PU and rubber elements and then removes the skins by a primary aspiration system. Instant aspiration of skin and other dust make our output clean and smooth. After primary aspiration a vibrating screen separates halves and hearts. Secondary aspiration system finally removes any left out skin from the process. All the parameters of machine are easily adjustable for various size and type of peanuts. It Produce Up to 500 to 750 kgs. Per hour of roasted Peanuts. Our Unique features like a trouble free operation, adjustable feeding, adjustable blanching plate and a dual-aspiration system allow you to process peanuts for peanut butter, candy, Flavoring and similar products with maximum efficiency. An additional mounting stand with customized vibrating sieve is also provided if required.
