Mr. K.V. Viswa Mohanan (K.V.V. Mohanan) the Chief Executive of this company is also the Managing Director of M/s. KVM Exports Private Limited. Mr. Mohanan is in this industry for about four decades, the company has its own raw material collection centres at all the coastal line of Tamil Nadu and Nellore area for sea materials as well as for farm raised shrimps. By having 15 refrigerated own trucks, raw material can be reached in the plant in good condition. The production is supervised as per HACCP system which is approved by Concerned Authority including USFDA, EU, ISO, BRC & HALAL. The company has 4 nos. of generators (500 KVA, 250KVA, 160KVA & 125KVA) to get continuous power supply. Our preprocessing and processing area is about 25000 sq.ft., which can accommodate 200 employees per shift. 3 nos. of flake ice machine, which provides 40 tons of ice per day to process and store the raw material in good condition. Metal detectors are provided in packing areas. There are 6 water storage tanks to get continuous supply of water. The treated water (through Fresh Water RO Plant) is supplied to the processing as well as pre-processing units. 3 nos. of Plate Freezers 5 tons capacity each and Imported IQF Line capable of processing 500 kg/hr available for quick freezing of the processed raw material. There are chill rooms in both preprocessing and processing area to preserve the excess raw material. 4 Cold Storages to store about 500 tons of finished products. A good effluent treatment plant is also provided.
