The TR181 in-head temperature transmitter is used to convert thermocouple or PT100 sensor outputs to an industry-standard 2-wire 4-20mA signal. The unit can be fully configured by the end-user to accept most thermocouple types and PT100 RTD. Configuration of input type and working range is achieved using the Config Adapter and Windows Software

  • Power supply: 12 to 30 Vdc
  •    Programmable input: thermocouple types J, K, T, N, E, R, S, B, and PT100 RTD
  •    2-wire loop powered 4-20mA output
  •    Linearised output and cold junction compensation for thermocouples; 2 or 3-wire Pt100 with linearisation
  •    Programmable working range
  •    Configuration with Config Adapter and Windows Software (sold separately if required)
  •    Accuracy: +-0.2% full scale for Pt100 and 0.3% max. of FS for thermocouples
  •    Temperature effect: 0.003% SPAN/°C
  •    Working temperature: -40 to +50 °C
  •    Programmable burnout downscale sensor failure protection
  •    Dimensions: 44mm (dia.) x 25(H)
