Information from 18.04.2011: in accordance to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, it defines a new list of products that shall be subject to mandatory certification, and the products, which compliance is held in the form of a Declaration. For the products, not specified elsewhere in these lists, certification and Declaration is a voluntary exercise.
