Our Products
Our product range contains a wide range of Soda Feldspar Lumps and Potash Feldspar Lumps
Soda Feldspar comprises alumina, silica, & sodium with small amounts of calcium & potassium. It is known to have specific gravity of 2.60 with high melting point range of 1100 to 1150 degrees Celsius. Feldspar is utilized as fluxing agent for creating a glassy phase at relatively low temperature. In glazes, it serves as a source of alumina and alkalis. This feldspar is known to enhance strength, life, and toughness of ceramic products. In paints, rubber, & plastics, Soda Feldspar is utilized as filler for providing chemical inertness, pH stability, great dispersibility, and excellent abrasion resistance.
Potash Feldspar finds application in agricultural industry as fertilizer to provide optimum amounts of potassium, in electroplating, oil-well drilling, and in fire extinguishers as well. It contains potassium in water soluble form that can easily be absorbed by plants to assure healthy growth. Potash is considered as most important material in ceramic glazes as a fluxing agent. It has melting point of around 1200 degrees Celsius. Potash Feldspar can also be used in paints and arc welding electrodes in combination with silica sand. It also serves as catalyst for manufacturing of synthetic rubber.
