An In-situ Zirconia-Based Oxygen Analyzer is a high-temperature gas analysis device used for real-time measurement of oxygen concentration directly within flue gas or combustion processes. It operates based on a solid-state zirconium dioxide (ZrO) electrochemical sensor, which generates a voltage signal proportional to the oxygen partial pressure. The analyzer provides accurate and continuous oxygen measurement in the range of 0.1% to 25% O by volume, with a response time typically under 5 seconds. It is suitable for high-temperature environments up to 1400C and does not require gas sampling or conditioning systems. The sensor and probe are installed directly into the duct or stack, allowing direct exposure to the process gas.
