This Machine is used for faster operation of Line Boring of the Main Bearings and Cam Shaft Bearings of Automobile & Tractor Engines. The bar supplied with the machine is made from special alloy steel and grounded to accurate size. The machine is supplied with all equipments required for full Operation.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES :
Single Phase Motor Ac 220 250V with flexible wire & 3 pin plug, Equipment Box, Micrometer, Tool Lapping Fixture, Lapping Disc, Tool Holders with one cutter bit, Anchoe Assemble & 5 sets of Guiders (for 001 3 set of Guiders) & Necessary Operating Spanners.
| Vertical Fine Boring Machine is specially designed for fine and accurate machining of cylinder bores. Manufacturers ensures years of trouble free operation as every phase of manufacturer is under strict quality control. Base and column are of high grade casting. Boring head travels on a Hardened & Grounded finished guide ways column protected with bellows. Boring head is fitted with hardened alloy gears to give smooth feed and side on column.
