A Simple robust and semi AUTOMATIC POWER OPERATED PIPE BENDING MACHINE Suitable for fabrication work required in various industries. Also pipe in manufacturing pipe furniture & Scooter, Motorcycles and Moped Accessories. The machine is driven by 2 H.P. Motor through a Redicon reduction gearbox & can bend pipe to various angle Bending capacity up to 1.1/4" Diametar & Swg. The machine is easy to set and operate. The operation is fully automatic and is precisely controlled by electrical relays. As soon as operation is over the machine comes back to the original position for reloading and hence is safe to operate.

| The Bed : The Bed is pillar type having two pillars made of best steel, nicely grounded and also aligned accurately to the headstock alignment. The Saddle: The Saddle is fitted on two pillars very precisely. It runs on pillars very smoothly and accurately to the head stock alignmernt. The Apron : The Apron gives movement to the Saddle with head transfer along with pillars through steel rack and pi8nion arrangements. Its all gears are made of best steel. Vice Jaws : The Vice Jaws are fitted on the saddle with V-ways accurately. The jaws are made of best steel and are well hardened. The movements of jaws are controlled by a screw on the saddle. The thread rolling is basically a cold-forging process that forms the entire length of an external thread by displacing the bla^E. material. Threads are produced on the blanks of predetermined diameter by a rolling action under pressure and between two rotating cylindrical steel roll dies whose working faces are suitably threaded. This action plastically deforms the blank in such a manner that a portion of the blank metal is displaced to form the root of the thread and raised in unbroken fibw-flow lines to form the crest of the thread. The roll dies rotate synchronously on parallel or slightly tilted horizontal spindle shafts that are adjustable by sliding laterally. The dies are made of special steel alloy with an exceptional hardness and toughness resulting in maximum wear resistance. The blank is placed on a carbide tipped work rest blade or center support disposed between the dies and after a complete cycle v of approach, rolling and release of the hydraulically operated right hand spindle shaft the rolled thread is removed. The blank is placed in the rolling position, either by hand or automatically. A timer built into the machine release the hydraulic pressure on the roll dies when the required diameter is completed and returns the right hand spindle head to its starting position.
