RECOMMENDED DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
We recommend eating 28 g / 1 oz. (about 2 tablespoons) Cacao nibs per day. They are easy to eat by themselves or mixed with smoothies, milkshakes, coffee and tea Try the bits with ice cream and desserts.

STORAGE AND STABILITY:
Keep in a cool dry place, away from heat sources. We assure you approximately 24 months of stability, proper storage conditions (hermetically sealed in a cool, dry and dark).
