1012011 Steam Boiler Plant 5 t / h - 12 bar This steam boiler plant is build in one mobile mono bloc in 2000. The boiler is 3 draft fire tube - smoke tube type and it is made by Foster Wheeler in year 2000. The boiler has capacity of 3.2 MW - or 5 tons / hour saturated steam - 12 bar and in 192 Celsius degrees. The mono bloc includes all necessary auxiliary equipment, like feed water tank, feed water pumps, chemical dosing unit, oil preheating unit, Oilon RP 400 heavy fuel oil burner and control cabinet. Can be operated remotely. Steam plant has been operated approx 1.5 years full time and after that it has been as a backup plant and used only occasionally. Steam boiler plant has transport dimension of (L x W x H) 12 x 4 x 4 meters + stack. total weight of this mono bloc is approx 35 - 40 tons. All equipment are in excellent condition and ready for immediate shipment.

Complete Foster Wheeler Steam Boiler Plant 3 x 16 t/h Oil & Gas Fired This plant was built by Foster Wheeler in 1999 and it is complete, fully automatic used steam boiler plant for production of 12 bar saturated steam for any industrial process and 110 c hot water at combined capacity of 31 MW (or 48 tons/h steam). The plant has three FW 25-16 type steam boilers (vertical 3-draft fire tube - smoke tube type) producing saturated steam at 12 bars and 192 degrees C. Each boiler has capacity of 10, 4 MW ( 16 tons/h). All three boilers are equipped with economizers and are in excellent condition. The plant is designed for unmanned operation with Natural Gas or Light Fuel Oil. For hot water production (alternative) there are 2 tube type heat exchangers where closed steam circuit will heat hot water / district heating water up to 110 C at capacity of 2 x 3 MW. Plant has common feed water tank with de-aerator, blow down vessel, water treatment plant and plant maintenance program and therefore we will have a priority to sell it as one plant only. The plant is equipped with a tailored maintenance program which will guide the operator to do maintenance correct in timely manner. The steam plant building has a bolted steel structure with PU sandwich panels (fairy easy to relocate) and can be sold separately or as a part of the packages (one wall is missing). The boilers have been operated only with natural gas and the plant has been operating in partial load only so that only one boiler has been in full load and two others were fired when needed.
