Liquid Filling Machine

The Liquid Filling Machine consists of straight chain driven heavy duty roller conveyor. The conveyer carries IBCs or standard pallet. The semiautomatic Liquid Filling Machine has coarse and fine filling stations. The machine has programmable volumetric and fine filling with integrated weighing system. The Cap closing- bunging and sealing is done manually. The Siemens S7C programmable logic controls the station operation. The Oil Machinery is manufactured by Finnish company- Insinritoimisto Jyrki Keklainen. The OperationThe empty containers are lifted by the operator. The container moves into the filling machine and gets filled automatically with the help of 2"and 1 2" valves. When the container is filled, the operator fixes the label and closes the cap. After the filling station, the container is kept on the 16 m long puffer that conveys the filled IBC`s. A fork lift then picks up the IBCs. For the drum filling the operator lifts the empty drums on pallet and lifts the pallet on the conveyor. The drums are then kept on the weighing system of the machine. It controls the filling of each barrel. The pallet moves out of the machine when the all the barrels are filled. The operator the closes the caps and pastes seals and labels. Suitable For
