These machines wrap the around the tray packs from stable individual products. This machine processes flat corrugated cardboard and full carton blanks in varied capacities. The carton is wrapped around grouped products and then glued with hot melt. The large cardboard blank magazine is easily accessible. The accurate cardboard blank assures perfect packaging. Wrapping Machines

We offer well designed Wrapping Machines. The MP200 RD Multipacker is absolutely automatic. The containers with low or medium capacity can be packed in OTT (Over The Top) or NT (Neck Through) way. The machine packs 0.3 liter glass bottle in six back of beer and 12 pack over the top format beer pack. For specific-shape products, the pack is strengthened by the addition of top retaining flap which keeps the container steady inside the cardboard sleeves. In the pack formation zone, the products are categorized in the desired pattern upon which a thin cardboard blank is placed. The mechanical device is provided two edges of the blank bent in the downward direction and is joined by hot-melt gluing.
