This machine automatically sorts and rejects empty, lightweight, loose, chipped, or cracked capsules before they proceed to the filling stage, ensuring only high-quality capsules are used. Available in three models—PP-ECS-50, PP-ECS-100, and PP-ECS-150—with sorting capacities ranging from 50, 000 to 150, 000 capsules per hour, the PP-ECS series caters to small, medium, and large-scale production needs. Constructed with GMP-compliant materials, it features SS 316L for contact parts (sorting plate, chute) and SS 304 for non-contact parts (frame, enclosure), ensuring hygiene and durability. The machine uses a compressed air system to blow defective capsules into a separate collection chamber, while good capsules pass through to the outlet chute. Its compact design, quick changeover (3-5 minutes), and ability to handle all capsule sizes without part changes make it an essential addition to any capsule production line, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving overall product integrity.
