Product Description

 

    • Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
      • Priyal Propack’s Fluid Bed Dryer is an efficient drying system designed for uniform drying of wet materials by suspending particles in a heated air stream. This process ensures rapid moisture removal while maintaining product integrity. Commonly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food, the dryer features components like electric heaters, pneumatic systems for lifting and sealing, and precise airflow control for optimal performance. Contact parts are made from stainless steel (SS 316) for durability and compliance with hygiene standards.



  • They are design as per (a) ASME Sec VIII Div-1, Ed.2013 CGMP Guidelines.
  • Process connections of tanks are as per SME BPE.

 

Notes:

 

  • Batch Capacity (kg): Refers to the weight of material processed per batch, dependent on material bulk density (typically 0.5-0.75 g/cm³). Actual capacity may vary based on material properties.

  • Inlet Air Temperature: Adjustable, typically 50-80°C (up to 120°C for specific applications).
  • Drying Time: 20-45 minutes, depending on material moisture content and batch size.
  • Air Flow Rate: 0.4-0.8 m³/min for smaller models, up to 6 m³/min for larger models.
