Operational Features:

 

    • Pan Design: Semi-ellipsoidal pan with a circular mouth, inclined at 45° for efficient tablet tumbling, charging, and discharging.

 

    • Coating Process: Suitable for sugar coating; coating material is manually ladled or sprayed (with optional spray system), with hot air drying to vaporize moisture.

 

    • Hot Air System: Inbuilt blower with electric heaters (1 kW for PP-CCP-12, 2 kW for PP-CCP-24, 3 kW for PP-CCP-36, 4.5 kW for PP-CCP-48, 6 kW for PP-CCP-60); interlocked circuit ensures heaters operate only when blowers are on to prevent overheating.

 

    • Drive System: Robust MS frame with reduction gearbox and motor, mounted on anti-vibration pads to eliminate the need for a foundation.

 

    • Baffles: Fixed or detachable baffles to enhance tablet mixing and coating uniformity.

 

    • Applications: Ideal for sugar coating of tablets, masking taste, enhancing appearance, and protecting active ingredients in pharmaceutical production.
