Constructed with GMP-compliant materials, it features SS 316L for contact parts (polishing chamber, brush) and SS 304 for non-contact parts (frame, enclosure), ensuring durability and cleanliness. The machine employs a rotating spiral brush with a nylon net lining to gently polish capsules, while a vacuum dust extraction system removes residual powder, maintaining a dust-free environment. Its adjustable inclination and variable speed control (via VFD) allow for seamless integration with capsule filling machines, sorters, and metal detectors, forming a cohesive production line.
