The Priyal Propack Dust Extractor (PP-DE Series) is a high-performance ancillary equipment designed to maintain a dust-free environment during tablet and capsule production in the pharmaceutical industry. Engineered to capture excess powder generated during processes like tablet compression, capsule filling, and polishing, this dust collector ensures worker safety, prevents cross-contamination, and complies with stringent cleanroom standards. Available in three models—PP-DE-150, PP-DE-300, and PP-DE-500—with suction capacities ranging from 150 to 500 CFM, the PP-DE series caters to small, medium, and large-scale production needs. Constructed with GMP-compliant materials, it features SS 316L for contact parts and SS 304 for non-contact parts, ensuring hygiene and durability. The dynamically balanced blower draws dust-laden air through an expansion chamber, where heavier particles settle, while finer dust is trapped by a high-grade filter bag, releasing clean air back into the environment. Its user-friendly design includes a manual filter-shaking mechanism, a drawer-type dust collection tray, and castor wheels for mobility, making it a versatile addition to any production line.
