Working Mechanism of Impact Testing Machine (Model IT-300 E)
There are two starting positions in the Impact Testing Machine, one for Izod testing and one for Charpy tests. The material specimen to be tested is broken with the aid of a pendulum which is mounted on anti friction bearings. The energy absorbed is measured.
