We offer both brown and white long grain rice in bulk quantity. Enriched or converted rice contains calcium, iron and many B-complex vitamins, with brown rice being slightly richer in all the nutrients. After sugarcane and maize, rice is the third highest consumed food commodity world-wide, and is the staple food of a large percentage of the human population. Currently, it is widely used in cuisines all around the world, be it as boiled rice in China and Japan, risotto and other preparations in Italy or in the form of sweets and ‘biryanis’ in India. Rice is nutritious and contain loads of nutrients to give energy and vitality to our body. Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates as well as an important source of storing the energy inside the body for its proper growth.
