We offer a complete product range of Prism Pole
Description
A surveying prism pole (also called a rover rod) is used to mount a prism or GNSS/GPS receiver for distance and positional measurements in surveying and construction tasks. The pole ensures that the reflective target or receiver is held at a known, stable, and adjustable height, enabling precise line-of-sight or satellite-based measurements. It is commonly used with total stations and GNSS survey instruments in land surveying, layout work, mapping, and site inspection
Key Features
Telescopic Adjustable Height: Allows users to set precise monitoring heights required for survey accuracy.
Integrated Bubble Level: Ensures the pole remains plumb, improving measurement reliability.
Lightweight Construction: Aluminum or fiberglass provides durability without excessive weight.
Clear Graduated Markings: Enables quick and accurate height referencing in the field.
Universal Compatibility: Standard thread mount allows attachment of prisms, reflectors, GNSS receivers, and other survey accessories.
Strong Locking Mechanism: Maintains stability during measurement, reducing errors.
Applications
Land Surveying
Used to position prism targets for distance and angle measurement with total stations.
GNSS/GPS Surveying
Supports GNSS receivers during topographical mapping, boundary surveys, and construction layout.
Construction and Site Layout
Ensures accurate staking out of design points like foundations, utilities, and alignments.
Mapping and Geospatial Data Collection
Used in GIS field surveys for point data acquisition and elevation profiling.
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Projects
Supports tasks like alignment, monitoring, resection, and as-built documentation.
