Lobster is a rich source of copper and selenium and also contains zinc,

Tiger Lobsters
Tiger lobsters are recognized by their spotted legs, while the legs of bamboo lobsters have stripes resembling bamboo trunks.
Tiger lobster, no claws are humongous awesome taste as well, mostly tail but many are like 3 times the size of an atlantic lobster.
The meat is pearly white and translucent.
The delicate flavor is often times sweeter than that of other lobster species, and the texture has been characterized as a cross between a lobster and a shrimp. Theyre typically prepared grilled, broiled, steamed or baked.

Blue King Crab
Alaska blue king crab have a notably sweet taste and unusually large, succulent claws.
The shells of blue king crab have navy blue highlights, which turn bright orange after being cooked.
Taste-wise, Blue King Crab rates a close second to true Red King Crab.
They are equally sweet, but Blue King Crab has a slightly milder flavor than Red.
Blue king crab legs are long but generally not quite as thick as true red king crab legs.
Blue king crab legs can be slightly lighter with more dark highlights along the spines and around the tips.
For their size, Blue King Crab tend to have a very large right claw "killer claw".
The meat of the blue king crab is also very similar though possibly just slightly less flavorful than true Alaskan Red King Crab.

Rock lobsters
-Spiny lobsters get their name from forward-pointing spines that cover their bodies to help protect them from predators.
-They have a reddish brown shell, marked with occasional dark spots and two large, cream-colored spots on the top of the second segment of the tail.
-They have long, horn-like antennae over their eyes that they wave to scare off predators, and smaller antennae-like antennules that sense movement and detect chemicals in the water.
-Unlike the American lobster, they lack large front claws.
-They are harvested for their tail meat. Items marketed as lobster tail are usually from spiny lobster.
Raw tail meat is nearly translucent, with a pink, cream or whitish-gray tint, depending on the animals diet. Cooked meat should be firm and snowy white with red tinges but no dark spots.

Frozen Squids
The yield of edible parts of squid is 6080% of the total weight.
However, the structure of the muscles is different, being composed of several layers of fibres running transversally to each other and covered with several sheets of connective tissue.
A characteristic feature of squid proteins is a high proteinase activity and high solubility of the myofibrillar proteins during exhaustive extraction with water.
Squid has a very mild and subtle taste, almost sweet. The meat is white in color and is firm, yet tender if cooked properly

White Shrimp

Red King Crab
Raw tail meat is nearly translucent, with a pink, cream or whitish-gray tint, depending on the animals diet.

Spiny lobsters are a claw-less species of lobster that come from warm waters.
If you're buying frozen tails, usually they're from spiny lobsters (you can tell by their distinct white spotted pattern).
The Spiny Lobster has a striped, orange-brown body with white spots on the carapace and tail.
Its head and legs have a bluish tint. The Smooth Tail Spiny Lobster is known to co-exist with the Caribbean Lobster.
It has an orange-brown body and legs with a greenish tint.
The Spotted Spiny Lobster has a brownish and green body with white spots that cover both its body and legs.
