The Semi-Automatic Air Jet Vacuum Cleaning System consists of main structure, Ionizer, Air Nozzle, foot operated switch and Vacuum Suction Blower by HMPL.

Operations

The bottles are loaded manually in invert position on bottle holder for the cleaning purpose. As soon as the bottles are placed over the ionized air nozzles, this ionized air spray blow to clean and neutralize static charge. This affected with the particles present in the bottles. These particles are sucked away by applying a simultaneous vacuum by suction blower.

Automatic Combi Air Jet Cleaning and Water Washing Machine (For Rinsing of 30 ml to 200 ml Round Glass & PET Bottles) HMPL High-Speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine is most ideal for Round/Flat Bottles and finds wide application in Pharma, Food & Beverages Industries.The Automatic Loading Arrangement Facilities loading of bottles onto the turntable through a feed conveyor and bottles are pushed from the pushing device. This saves manpower as bottles are fed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading the bottle to continue to the turntable (OPTIONAL).

Operations

The bottles are loaded manually in a vertical position on the conveyor from where they enter into the in-feed screw they are inverted on the inverter screw and taken for the cleaning system. As soon as the bottles are passed over the ionized air nozzles, this ionized air spray blows to clean and neutralize the static charge. This affected the particles present in the bottles. These particles are sucked away by applying a simultaneous vacuum to the blower.
