The Automatic Linear Belt Type Screw Capping System is suitable for capping the round or irregular shapes of bottles (Glass, Plastic, PET & HDPE). The speed also depends on bottle diameter, bottle design, bottle shape and cap size. This automatic linear capping machine has a special linear design. Moreover, it also has a synchronized front and back bottle-holding belt with a stabilizing and pressing belt system. This linear capper machine is built with stainless steel finishing and MS frame structure. It is ideal for application in various industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Pesticides, Cosmetic and other industries. It comes with a very user-friendly operation to handle different types of bottles.

The Semi-Automatic Single-Head Screw Cap Sealing System consists of a main structure, adjustable height, cap sealing head, bottle holding unit & mains ON/OFF.

Operations

The operator loads the filled bottle with the cap on the machine manually. The descending rotary sealing heads come down and hold the bottle’s neck with the desired pressure. The sealing of the caps is done by a rotary sealing head with perfect sealing operation. The operator will pick up the sealed bottle manually. Here, the speed depends on the skill of the operator as the loading and unloading are done manually.
