How does it work?

The Offline Pressure Leak Check Machine is the perfect solution for testing 100 ml to 1000 ml IV/ Intravenous Fluids Bottles and Bags with an output speed of 70 to 80 HDPE Bottles per minute. The machine features a stainless-steel slat chain conveyor on both the top and bottom sides.The process begins with loading IV bottles or bags onto the conveyor. As they move through the machine, the bottles or bags pass between the top and bottom slat conveyors, where pressure is applied, and defective bottles or bags are separated. The leak-free bottles and bags continue the packaging processes like labelling, flow wrapping, or cartoning.

Operations

The bags are to be loaded manually on the conveyor.
The conveyor transmits the bags for the further process for leak check as below:
Bags are passed with the help of top and bottom conveyors under pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 bars.
During this process operator can visualize any leakage.
The operators remove the leaked bags manually.
After the process of leak testing the bags are transferred for further processing.
