Technical Description Using the pump and turbine unit , an extendable experimental concept for basic experiments in the area of hydraulic fluid-flow machines with PC-Data Acquisition has been realised. Here the forms the basic unit. Equipped with a powerful centrifugal pump and a sealed water circuit with an own supply tank, the module can be used to perform experiments on pumps. Rotational speed, flow rate and back-pressure can be adjusted. The drive power of the pump is determined using the rotational speed and the torque. Modern electronic measuring instruments and digital displays for pressure, flow rate, torque and rotational speed are integrated into the basic unit. The Data Acquisition enables the user to have all measured data on a PC.
The Telephone Trainer presenting by Vinytics is a complete kit to understand the working of telephone instruments with the idea of working of exchange. The trainer has DIP switches to create the faults in the instruments and test points to give the complete idea about the servicing/working of telephone instrument. Based on Basic Telephone Instrument Circuits. 16 Fault creating switches for different sections. Circuit Diagram on board describing different sections in telephone like Line protector, Voltage dropper, Ringer, Dialer, Key matrix, Sound amplifier section etc. Test points to measure the signals in different sections. Multi-Process Control Trainer Technical Description This control trainer is a comprehensive unit featuring only industrial components. It contains a transparent tank for liquid-level and pressure control, a corresponding pipe for flow control, and a two-circuit system with a plate heat exchanger for temperature control. Alternatively, a pneumatically operated control valve or a speed-controlled pump are used as actuator. The parameters of the digital controller can be adjusted over wide ranges so that a large number of different process conditions can be investigated. Electronic sensors measure the individual process values. A three-channel recorder with current inputs is included for recording the control behavior over time. Software for the process visualization and Profibus card are available as an accessory.
