Description

ASIONIC™ 200 CF Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meters are designed for accurate flow measurement of liquids in industrial applications. Since the sensors are clamped directly onto the outer surface of the pipe, the system eliminates all process compatibility issues associated with in-line flow meters.

The flow meter operates on Transit Time Measurement Technology, where ultrasonic signals are sent with and against the flow direction. By comparing the travel times, the system accurately calculates fluid velocity and volumetric flow rate. Sonic properties of the pipe and fluid are factored in, ensuring highly repeatable accuracy.

ASIONIC™ 200 CF is ideal for users requiring a non-intrusive, easy-to-install solution that maintains precise flow measurement for clean liquids — especially in applications where:

  • In-line meters were not previously installed,

  • Large pipe diameters exist, or

  • Pipe materials are exotic or incompatible with in-line technologies.

 

The clamp-on design allows installation without stopping the flow or cutting the pipeline, making it suitable for both retrofits and new process setups.

Electronet series ASIONIC™ 100 are microcontroller-based, 2-wire, full-bore ultrasonic flow transmitters designed for a wide range of industrial applications. These transmitters accurately measure the flow rate of conductive and non-conductive liquids in closed piping systems.

Description

Electronet Series ELMAG-100 is a microcontroller-based insertion type Electromagnetic Flow Meter designed for accurate flow measurement of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines.

The flow meter features an obstruction-free measuring design, making it maintenance-free compared to conventional mechanical meters.

Using advanced Pulsed DC excitation, the flow meter ensures highly stable and accurate flow measurement and provides a 420 mA DC electrical output linearly proportional to volumetric flow rate.

Based on Faradays Law of Electromagnetic Induction, the meter generates a magnetic field inside the flow tube. The conductive fluid passing through it induces a voltage proportional to the flow velocity, which is then converted into a corresponding electrical signal.

The ELMAG-100 is available in Hot Retractable and Fixed Insertion versions to suit a wide range of industrial applications.

Description

The Electronet ELMAG-TX22 is a microcontroller-based, two-wire, full-bore electromagnetic flow transmitter designed for accurate measurement of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines.

Built using Pulsed DC excitation technology, the ELMAG-TX22 provides high stability, excellent accuracy, and long-term reliability. The device generates a magnetic field inside the flow tubebased on Faradays Law of Electromagnetic Inductionand the voltage induced by the flowing liquid is converted into a precise 420 mA output (with optional HART).

Its obstruction-free design ensures zero pressure loss, minimal maintenance, and long operational life. The rugged construction, multiple material options, and advanced signal processing make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Electronet series FL-106 are battery-operated turbine flow transmitters designed for industrial liquid flow measurement.
The flowing media rotates a vaned rotor at an angular velocity proportional to the flow rate. The pick-up coil senses this rotation and converts it into a pulsating electrical signal.

The summation of these pulses corresponds to the total flow, and the pulse frequency is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate.
The device features a long-life battery, LCD display, and optional remote electronics for flexible installation.

  Working Principle

Electronet series FL-100 are 2-wire turbine flow transmitters designed for a wide range of industrial applications.
The flowing media drives a vaned rotor that rotates at a speed proportional to the flow rate. A pick-up coil senses the rotor’s motion and converts it into a pulsating electrical signal.

The frequency of this signal is directly proportional to the flow rate and is further converted into a standard 4–20 mA output signal.
The system also provides totalized flow and real-time flow rate via a local LCD display.
